All apartments go through the same process prior to a move in. Our redecoration team will make all repairs and the apartment is then painted, cleaned, and the carpets are cleaned or replaced as well.
Yes, we have 24-hour maintenance that live on site
You can go online to resident services and submit a worker order or you can call the office. If it is after hours, call the emergency maintenance phone and they will help determine if they need to address the problem then or once the office is open.
Maintenance issues are taken care of in the order they are submitted with severity also being taken into consideration.
No, you can either set an appointment for a specific time if you would like to be there or provide permission to enter for the service to be done.
If it is during office hours, you can stop at the office with your ID and a new apartment key will be provided at no charge. If it is after hours, you can call emergency maintenance and show your ID to be let into your apartment.
You can hang pictures and do some minor decorating, but we ask that the apartment is not painted and that any holes in the walls result in less than a dime size.
Gull Prairie/Gull Run provides washers and dryers in each unit as well as a dishwasher and a balcony/patio with storage. There are also 2 pools and we provide internet and cable. There is a community building available to rent and a 24-hour fitness center for residents.
Yes, parking is first come, first serve but residents also have the option of renting private carports or garages.
Washers and dryers are provided to every resident in their apartment.
We allow birds, fish, and reptiles at no charge. We allow cats and dogs in certain buildings with additional fees, as well as some breed and weight restrictions on the dogs.
There's a one time $150 non-refundable pet fee and $20 per month pet rent.

If you pay with a debit card, there is a $2.95 service fee per transaction. There's a variable percentage fee per transaction with a credit card, or you can use your checking or saving account information with no additional fees.
All utilities are included except electricity; Our townhomes are responsible for electric and gas.
You can set up electricity with Consumers Energy online or by phone.
Guests are acceptable but they must follow all community rules.
Subletting is not allowed at our community.
We have a Cancellation Premium that you can pay at the time you give your move-out notice. The cost of the Cancellation Premium will vary from unit to unit.
